1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Final sale items, including sale merchandise, intimate wear, and custom-made items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Carefully pack the item(s) and include the original receipt and all original tags.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned items arrive safely. BlueOwlDept is not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- We will process your refund, which will cover the price of the product itself, excluding shipping fees. Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, in which case we will provide a full refund (including shipping fees). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the defective or damaged product. Please provide detailed photos of the damage or defect when you contact customer service.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Late or Missing Returns
Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
If we do not receive your return shipment, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt.
